new General Education and Training
Certificate (Grade 9) and National
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
curricula, based on OBE principles,
are being incorporated in a positive
manner.

sizes are restricted to between
25 and 28 pupils
- Effective
tutor group system, with a
maximum of 18 pupils per tutor
group

performance is carefully monitored.
