| The
Grade 11 Zulu Class had Heritage Day celebrations
on 16 September 2009. The students dressed
in traditional outfits and also brought
traditional dishes according to the various
cultures. Amongst them we had Zulus, Tsongas,
Basotho, Ndebele, Muslims and Swazis.
Food like tripe, samp, chicken feet, morogo,
mageu, trotters, amasi, pap and meat for
a braai was served. There was an open
invitation to teachers and pupils to savour
and enjoy these delicious traditional
dishes.
