The Uplands College Matrics once again delivered an outstanding set of results in the 2005 Independent Examinations Board (IEB) assessment. The entire group passed, with 95% of the 62 exemption entries achieving a pass with University Endorsement.

Of the 65 students a very pleasing 15 achieved an A aggregate. The top achiever was Kate Goss with six As and one B symbol. Four other pupils managed five A symbols. They were Roland Middelberg (five As, one B and one C), Kate Van Niekerk (five As and one B), Claire Hayworth and Kimberly Packard (five As and one C each).

Uplands is particularly proud of the 2005 Matrics who managed to achieve an average of more that 1 A symbol per candidate.
